Here you will find all the practical information about booking an appointment, fees and conditions, as well as the presentation of our physiotherapy team in Nossegem, Zaventem.

Book an appointment

You can easily book an appointment:

Tip: please mention your complaint or pathology briefly when booking, so we can direct you to the most suitable therapist.

What to bring

For your first consultation, please bring:

  • your ID card

  • your doctor’s prescription

  • any previous medical reports or test results

  • a large bath towel to cover the treatment table

Our fees

A medical prescription is required for all physiotherapy sessions. Sessions are partially reimbursed by your health insurance fund.

  • At the practice: €36 per session

  • At home: €41 per session

Patients with special status pay the conventioned rate.

Payment

At our practice, you can pay by Bancontact, bank transfer, QR-code or cash.

Appointment cancellation

Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance, online, by email, or by SMS. Appointments not cancelled on time will be charged (€30).

In case of unforeseen absence, please inform us as soon as possible by phone or SMS.

Tuesday: 09:00 – 16:30
Wednesday: 08:00 – 21:00
Thursday: 09:00 – 20:00
Friday: 08:00 – 21:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00

our story

KINEZA has been active since 1988 and has built a strong reputation in Nossegem and the surrounding area.

In January 2025, the practice was taken over from Jo Asscherickx and Marleen Keulemans by Manon Lenaertz, who has been working here since 2014.
We proudly continue a long tradition of high-quality physiotherapy, while putting innovation and personalized care at the heart of what we do.
