Definitions

The Publisher: The natural or legal person who publishes the online communication services.
The Site: All websites, web pages, and online services provided by the Publisher.

Retention period: Cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Technical data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above.

10 – Retention and anonymization of personal data

Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship. Afterward, data may be anonymized for statistical purposes.
Deletion occurs upon account removal or after 3 years of inactivity.

11 – Account deletion

Users may request deletion of their account at any time. Accounts may also be deleted if this Privacy Policy is violated.

12 – Security breaches

We commit to implementing all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. In case of a breach, we will notify you, investigate causes, and take necessary measures to mitigate risks. Such notification does not constitute admission of liability.

13 – Transfer of personal data abroad

14 – Modification of the privacy policy

We commit not to lower the level of confidentiality substantially without informing you and obtaining your consent.

15 – Governing law and dispute resolution

Any dispute shall be subject to arbitration, under the rules of an agreed arbitration platform.

16 – Data portability

The Publisher commits to providing you, upon simple request, with all your personal data in an open and reusable format. This guarantees better control of your data and allows you to reuse it.
